Our Father, Bill Moore, along with 2 partners opened London Tire Center, Inc. on August 1, 1965. My father worked long hours and had wonderful employees that stayed with him for many years and that made him successful. In 1975, our father bought our his partners and the business was his - My brother, Bill and I started working on weekend when we were 12 years old - We both worked during high school and college and when we graduated form College, we both have worked full time sine 1980 and 1982 respectively. Our Mother, Eulene worked in the business in the afternoons after she retired from teaching in 1982. She was by our father's side until she passed from complications of cancer. My son, Ernest joined the business when he was 13 years old working in the summers. Our father started slowing down when he was 80 years old but came in everyday. His health declined and we lost him in September 2016. Two weeks later, we suffered another loss when part of our store building burned - we forged ahead and totally remodeled our 50 year old building and in May 2017, we had our Grand Re-Opening. Ernest now runs the day to day operations and my brother works everyday and I am working part time and taking care of grandchildren.
We were instilled a Work Ethic given to us by our Parents - We have been Blessed to have survived all through the years and we plan to continue with the Third Generation …

Completed rebate forms must be postmarked or submitted online no later than 7/31/2024.
